activities not until 2013 when the SUG was suspended by the then Rector. Students were
forced to read all through the semester without no mingling or partying among them .
A set of students admitted in 2013/2014 spent their whole academic session without any
social events occurring in the school except for Departmental day and Faculty day
which in most cases the dinner night take place outside the school premises unlike those days when there was a regular Friday show Tagged THANK GOD IS FRIDAY where students showcase
their talents ranging from Raping, singing, dancing and lots more.
Thanks to God now as the management has approved for Student Union Leadership (SUL)
meaning we can now have our social events back, but that is only if we vote for
the right person to represent us as the Social director.
Mukaila Monsur (MONSYLUV) a student from Building Technology, the artiste who sang the
popular song "EDE POLY", is known for his love for the institute through the song and how he is been seen supporting every students social gathering in the school by performing the students favorite song "EDE POLY" which praise the school beyond expectation.
MONSYLUV is the only candidate for the post of Social director at the SUL level that can take the school to our promise land in social activities.
He is the only one that can make the voice of talented artistes known all around the
school.
